Since having been admitted as a lawyer, Johanna has been advising clients in the midst of the digitalisation of the legal market. Combining corporate governance and M&A with legal tech solutions keeps her on the move. Using and introducing tools to support traditional legal advice accompanies her advisory and in-house work.

Focusing on corporate law, market abuse and compliance related questions as well as private and public M&A, Johanna has gained broad experience in advising German blue chip companies, corporates and private equity investors at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in the past years. Since 2023 she has been managing the corporate office of a German stock corporation.
